Registration Information
Registration is Underway
Winter Registration & Orientation Night was Thursday, November 3, 2011. Registration forms are below including team rules. Please contact the Activities Office at njohns@district16.org or 763-785-5549 with any questions.
Please download and print the registration packet and team rules for your sport below. These must be signed by both the athlete and a parent or guardian and turned in to the SLPHS Activities Office with the appropriate sports fee.
Winter Season Team Rules
