What is the Transition Program?

Transitional skills lead to independent living
A Special program in which students have the opportunity to:
  • participate in the community
  • gain employment skills
  • learn functional academics
  • develop leisure activities
  • begin to develop independent living skills
  • work on individualized learning activities
  • participate in work-based learning training
