I am also proud to serve as the principal / coordinator of the Spring Lake Park Spanish Immersion program. The Immersion program offers an exciting opportunity for students in learning another language. The world is becoming smaller and there is an increased importance for people to develop and enhance language acquisition skills, cultural appreciation, and global awareness. These skills are becoming part of the core for schools along with the traditional reading, writing, and math. The Spring Lake Park Immersion program provides this in a setting that focuses on the traditional core in conjunction with learning another language.

 

It can seem overwhelming to prepare students for a world and jobs that do not exist yet. I know I have an amazing staff that is dedicated to your child and their success in the Immersion program. The staff is equally committed to providing a nurturing caring environment as they are to teaching your child to learn to read and do math.
